Fitness Schedule

Wembley Fitness has over 40 classes offered weekly including, but not limited to, cycling, strength, boxing, HIIT, yoga, bootcamp, aqua fitness, lap swim, youth teen, and preschool fitness classes.  Classes are included in memberships or available on a drop-in basis.
